Personalized, Specialized In-Home Support
HI! I'm Beth. I'm so glad you're here. Becoming a parent is a busy and exciting time — and it can feel overwhelming, too. As an occupational therapist, I provide family-centered, developmental support for you and your baby in the comfort of your own home. Whether you're looking for breastfeeding and lactation guidance, specialized NICU bridge therapy services at home, support for your well-being, or occupational therapy services to address developmental delays, I'm here to help.
I draw on decades of experience supporting families both in the NICU and in at home, helping parents build confidence while easing stress and worry. I'll walk alongside you to problem-solve new challenges as they arise, always starting with your family's unique needs. Using current research-backed practices, I will support your mental and emotional well-being with appropriate screenings, practical strategies for managing stress and sleep, activities to promote the infant-parent bond, and referrals to other health professionals when indicated.
Let's connect and talk about how I can support your family's journey. Feel free to reach out by phone, text, or email. I'll get back to you within 48 hours.
Be well,
Beth Graalman, OTD, OTR/L, PMH-C, CBS

I believe that NICU families deserve a broader range of supportive services in their own homes. As an occupational therapist working with families in the NICU and in the home, I have seen the many challenges and limited support families experience when adjusting to life after the NICU.
